Shiva Kondapalli’s work focuses on addressing this gap.
With over two decades of experience across North American enterprise environments, spanning energy, regulatory, transportation, eCommerce, and technology sectors, he has led and supported complex transformation and delivery initiatives where coordinated execution is critical to achieving outcomes—building his career across North America and strengthening his experience in enterprise delivery, governance, and transformation environments.
Early in his journey, while pursuing Computer Engineering, he applied his academic foundation in real-world settings—developing software for local businesses. This debut in applying structured thinking to practical outcomes continues to inform his approach to execution.
